Students with special dietary needs or food allergies should contact Dining Services to meet with the Campus Health & Wellbeing Coordinator and Dining Staff to help navigate locations and offerings. We feature made-without-gluten options in all locations, and our chefs are always available for questions or to create a special dish just for you.
Voted one of the nations Top Vegan/Vegetarian Friendly Campuses by PETA2, we are proud to say that we have a broad menu of vegan and vegetarian menu items at all dining facilities, including a dedicated vegan station at Danforth Dining Center.
Students also have access to an array of food offerings that fit within Kosher and Halal diets, such as our Kosher Comfort station and deli at Douglass Dining Center, our Kosher grab & go selections, and Kosher and Halal pre-packaged grocery items at the Hillside POD. We also offer daily Halal options at Danforth Dining Center.

Brandy is a Registered Dietitian with a M.S. in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Buffalo. She loves cooking, baking, horseback riding, reading and painting, and is excited to help students find nutritious and delicious meals on campus.
