Dining Services is currently facing unprecedented staffing shortages in all locations on campus, which has led to station closures and production issues, thus creating longer lines and wait times than normally expected. As we do not foresee the staffing issues changing in the near future, we have made the decision today to close some smaller satellite locations and make several changes to hours of operation in order to consolidate staffing to our essential locations and alleviate these operational setbacks.

• Peet’s @ Wegmans Hall is now closed until further notice.
• Southside Market is now closed until further notice.
• The Faculty Club will close after service on Friday, September 3^rd until further notice.
• Roots & Shoots in the Science Quad is now closed until further notice.
• Douglass Dining Center will open for lunch at 11:30am beginning Tuesday, September 7^th.
• The Pit in Wilson Commons will close at 10pm beginning Tuesday, September 7th, along with the following station updates:
  • Sol Bowl to close at 5pm
  • Pizza Pi to close at 8pm
• At the Eastman Dining Center, The Deli and Produce Market stations will now close at 7:30pm

Please know the staff that we do have on campus are working tirelessly to provide options for our student body and the University community. We will be constantly evaluating our service levels and location hours in hopes we can return to normal this semester.
