Whether you’re planning a meeting, celebration, or special event, our team is here to provide professionally prepared meals delivered directly to your location. We offer a variety of menu options to ensure there is something everyone will enjoy.

Order Catering

To help ensure your event is successful, please review this catering guide carefully and select the menu items that best meet your needs. Once your selections are finalized, submit your order by phone or email.

A confirmation sheet will be sent approximately one week before your event. Please review it carefully and notify us of any necessary changes. The confirmed event details—including time, location, and menu selections—will serve as the official guide for event execution.

When scheduling an event, please provide the following information:

• Event date and start/end times
• Event location
• Organization name
• Contact person
• Phone number, address, or campus box
• Estimated guest count
• Desired service style
• Campus account number (Company Code, FAO, and Spend Category)

All events must be planned at least seven business days in advance and finalized no later than three business days before the event date. Events with more than 100 guests or those requiring custom menus must be confirmed at least two weeks in advance.

Prices listed in this catering guide are subject to change. However, quoted pricing will be honored for up to 60 days from the date the event is booked.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event will not incur a penalty.

If food has already been specially ordered for your event and cannot be utilized for other catering functions, charges may apply. If food preparation has already begun when an event is canceled, the client will be responsible for the full invoiced amount.

All cancellations and event changes must be submitted by phone or email.
