Inclusive Dining
Kosher
We offer a variety of Kosher dining options across campus. The Kosher Comfort and Kosher Deli station in Douglass Dining operates as a Kosher kitchen, and this program is certified by Star-K. We provide additional Kosher options in other dining locations, as well as expanded Kosher offerings during Passover, Shabbat, and Jewish holidays.
Douglass Dining Center

- The Kosher station features rotating entrées with proteins, starches, vegetables, and sides, as well as a full-service deli. This station operates as a Kosher kitchen according to Kosher standards.

Halal
We offer a variety of Halal dining options across campus. The Kosher Station in Douglass Dining Center holds Etimad Halal Certification and provides certified Halal meal options, while other locations have menu offerings made with Halal ingredients.
Douglass Dining Center

- The Kosher station is dually certified Halal. This station features rotating entrées with proteins, starches, vegetables, and sides, as well as a full-service deli.
- All chicken cooked from raw is certified Halal.
- All ground beef is certified Halal.
- The Spice Route station serves recipes with no pork, beef, and wine.

Look for the vegetarian and vegan icons on our menus to find options that work for your dietary needs. These can be found on our digital menu boards in dining locations, as well as our website.

Gluten-Free
Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. Whether you’re managing Celiac disease or a gluten sensitivity, we are committed to offering safe and satisfying options made without gluten across campus.

The Gluten-Free Pantry in Douglass Dining Center has pre-packaged, labeled, and individually wrapped items. Access is granted upon request.
