Fall 2026 - $4,375

Meliora Unlimited Plan

  • Unlimited Meals Per Semester
  • $500 Dining Dollars Included

The best value in dining. Unlimited Plans provide the Student with unlimited access to our residential dining facilities in Danforth, Douglass and Eastman. The dining dollars that come with each plan can be used in any retail facility, cafes, or campus markets. Unlimited Plans also come with 10 Bonus Meals per semester which can be used for guests, or eco-friendly to-go clamshell containers.

Blue Unlimited Plan

  • Unlimited Meals Per Semester
  • $350 Dining Dollars Included

Unlimited Plans provide the student with unlimited access to our residential dining facilities in Danforth, Douglass and Eastman. The dining dollars that come with each plan can be used in any retail facility, cafes, or campus markets. Unlimited Plans also come with 10 Bonus Meals per semester which can be used for guests, or eco-friendly to-go clamshell containers.

150 Pass Plan

  • 150 Meals Per Semester
  • $2,000 Dining Dollars Included

Pass Plans offer yet another opportunity to enjoy the best of both worlds with some additional flexibility. The passes may be used to swipe in for meals in the residential facilities with the benefit of additional dining dollars than the Unlimited Plans. The Pass Plans also include 4 Bonus Meals.

Fall 2026 - $4,253

Option A Dining Dollars

  • $3,200 Dining Dollars Included

Dining Dollars plans work just like a debit card and can be used at any dining location. The balance can be reloaded at any time during the semester and funds can roll over from the fall semester to the spring semester but cannot be rolled over from year to year. Additional funds can be added online at learn.rochester.edu or via cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover at the Customer Service Center in Susan B. Anthony Halls.

Fall 2026 - $3,915

Option B Dining Dollars

  • $2,900 Dining Dollars Included

Dining Dollars plans work just like a debit card and can be used at any dining location. The balance can be reloaded at any time during the semester and funds can roll over from the fall semester to the spring semester but cannot be rolled over from year to year. Option C Dining Dollars

  • $2,450 Dining Dollars Included

Option C2 Dining Dollars

  • $1,925 Dining Dollars Included
  • $525 Rocky Bucks

Rocky Bucks are a separate prepaid spending account that has broader flexibility than Dining Dollars. Rocky Bucks can be used at dining locations, vending machines, the bookstore, and participating businesses in College Town, such as Joy Mart. Funds carry over from year to year until graduation or until permanent removal (i.e. withdrawal).

Fall 2026 - $515

Commuter Plan 1 Dining Dollars

  • $400 Dining Dollars Included

Declining Balance plans work just like a debit card and can be used at any dining location. The balance can be reloaded at any time during the semester and funds can roll over from the fall semester to the spring semester but cannot be rolled over from year to year. Additional funds can be added online at learn.rochester.edu .

RESIDENT RIVER CAMPUS Meal Plan requirements are assigned by class year. The minimum requirements are as follows:

Residential Group 1: Genesee, Gilbert, Hoeing, Lovejoy, Susan B. Anthony, Tiernan

Residential Group 2: Burton, Chambers, Crosby, Fairchild, Gale, Kendrick, Lovejoy, Munro, O’Brien, Slater

Residential Group 3: Anderson, DKE, Douglass Leadership House, Drama House, SAM, Sig Ep, Theta Chi, & Wilder

Residential Group 4: Brooks Crossing, deKiewiet, Maisonettes, Riverview Apartments & Valentine

RESIDENT EASTMAN SCHOOL OF MUSIC Meal Plan requirements are assigned by class year. The minimum requirements are as follows:

First Year Students: May select from the Meliora Unlimited Pass Plan, Blue Unlimited Pass Plan, or Option A Declining Plan for the year.

Sophomores & Juniors: May select from the Meliora Unlimited Pass Plan, Blue Unlimited Pass Plan, 150 Pass Plan, Option A Declining Plan, or Option B Declining Plan.

Seniors & Graduate Students: Have a minimum requirement of the Option C Declining Plan, but may select from all plan options.

Off Campus Requirements: All Undergraduate students given permission to live at home or off campus may select any meal plan option with a minimum requirement of one of the Commuter Declining Plans.
