Inclusive Dining

Kosher

Our primary Kosher option is the Kosher Comfort and Kosher Deli station in Douglass Dining Center. It operates as a Kosher kitchen, and this program has Star-K certification. We provide additional Kosher options during Passover, as well as Kosher meals for Shabbat and Jewish holidays.

Halal

The Kosher station in Douglass Dining Center is dually certified Halal. We also offer menu items made with Halal ingredients at the Halal Grill in Danforth Dining Center and Saffron & Stone in The Pit.

Plant-Based

Look for the vegetarian and vegan icons on our menus to find options that work for your dietary needs. These can be found on our digital menu boards in dining locations, as well as our website.

Vegetarian – Excludes meat, poultry, and fish. Includes dairy and eggs.

Vegan – Excludes meat, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy, honey, and other animal-derived products.

Gluten-Free

Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. Whether you’re managing Celiac disease or a gluten sensitivity, we are committed to offering safe and satisfying gluten-free options across campus.

Tips for Safe Gluten-Free Dining:

  • Speak Up: Always communicate your dietary needs with staff.
  • Read Signs: Allergen labels are clearly posted for menu items.
