Jay Quan Coley makes a difference! Jay Quan has served our university for 13 years. At Danforth, Jay Quan is a Cook Helper and his favorite dish to cook is pizza! Jay Quan loves sports, and his favorite teams are the Patriots in football, the Mets in baseball and the Pistons in basketball. His hobbies are martial arts, drawing and working out. Thank you, Jay Quan, for all the laughs and pizzas!

Douglass Dining Center

Marquise Jackson makes a difference. Marquise has been a Cook Helper at Douglass for 3 years. While she enjoys preparing her favorite dish, oxtails, at home, her culinary skills are also evident at work. Outside of her job, Marquise loves reading books, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. Her journey in the culinary world began with her first job at McDonald’s, laying the foundation for her passion for cooking. Thank you, Marquise.

Benjamin Brown makes a difference! Benjamin has been a dedicated Cook Helper at Wilson PIT since August 2024. Known for his dependability, Benjamin is always ready to lend a hand and brighten the day of those around him. His infectious sense of humor can make anyone laugh, and he finds joy in helping others, which always puts a smile on his face. Outside of work, Benjamin is a passionate supporter of the Buffalo Bills, showing his enthusiasm for his favorite sports team. Mary Ann DeHollander makes a difference! Mary Ann is a dedicated Chef Helper at Eastman, bringing her passion for cooking to the kitchen every day. Her culinary journey began at Carmine’s Restaurant in Rochester, where she landed her first job and developed a love for creating delicious meals. Mary Ann’s favorite foods are spaghetti and pizza, which she enjoys eating whenever she gets the chance. Outside of work, she is an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and never misses an episode of her favorite TV show, Law & Order. Thank you, Mary Ann
